Welcome to ReadyToGoWeb, operated by Value Web Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://readytogoweb.com/ and your purchase of our website services. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Our Services
ReadyToGoWeb provides ready-made websites that can be personalized with your business information.
Depending on your selected package, services may include website setup, customization, supplied images and text, a logo, domain registration, hosting, technical support, maintenance, or other features described in your order.
The package description and any written agreement accepted by both parties define what is included. Additional pages, features, integrations, or customization require a separate agreement and may involve additional fees.
Ready-made designs and supplied materials may be used for more than one customer unless exclusivity is expressly agreed in writing.
2. Orders and Agreements
Before purchasing, you should review the package description, pricing, payment schedule, and any applicable ongoing charges.
An order becomes binding when you accept these Terms and we confirm acceptance of your order in writing or begin providing the agreed services.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business for which you purchase services.
If a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers.
3. Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate business information and the materials or access reasonably needed to complete your website.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other materials you submit.
By submitting materials, you authorize us to use, reproduce, and modify them as needed to provide the services you request.
Please identify any information that should remain private. Business details you approve for publication will be publicly accessible on your website.
Delays in providing required information, access, or approvals may affect delivery dates.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices, payment deadlines, and any applicable taxes or third-party charges will be stated in your package, checkout, invoice, or written agreement.
Any recurring service must specify its billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation process before you agree to it.
Additional work requires your approval of the scope and price before we proceed.
If payment becomes overdue, we may pause work or affected ongoing services after providing notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
5. Delivery and Website Review
Delivery estimates depend on receiving the required business information, materials, payment, and approvals.
Unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed deadline in writing, delivery dates are estimates.
Before publication, you should review your website for accuracy, including contact details, service descriptions, pricing, images, and business claims. Please notify us promptly of errors or requested changes.
We will obtain your approval before publishing your website unless you have already authorized publication.
6. Revisions and Additional Work
The revisions included with your purchase are those stated in your package or written agreement.
Requests that exceed the agreed scope—such as a different design, additional pages, new features, or substantial content changes—may require additional fees and a revised delivery schedule.
Corrections needed because our work does not match the agreed scope will not be treated as paid additions.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
To request cancellation, email sales@readytogoweb.com.
Any cancellation charges, deposit conditions, or refund restrictions must be disclosed before purchase and included in your order or written agreement.
If no specific cancellation policy was agreed, we will determine any amount due based on work actually completed and documented, nonrecoverable third-party costs incurred for your project. These costs may include domain registration fees already paid to a registrar. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.
If we cancel a project, we will refund amounts paid for services we have not provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights or other remedies required by applicable law.
8. Website Ownership and Licensing
You retain ownership of materials you provide.
Ownership or licensing of the completed website, custom work, and any supplied logo will be described in your package or written agreement. Payment alone does not transfer ownership of our pre-existing templates, reusable code, tools, or third-party materials.
Where our materials are included in your delivered website, we grant you permission to use them as part of that website after the required payment, subject to the agreed terms and any applicable third-party licenses.
Stock images, fonts, plugins, themes, and other third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses. Their inclusion does not give you exclusive ownership or unrestricted permission to reuse them elsewhere.
You may not resell or distribute our underlying templates or reusable assets as standalone products without our written permission.
Domain ownership is addressed separately in Section 9.
9. Domain Names and DNS Configuration
Using Your Existing Domain
You may use a domain name you already own and have registered with another provider.
To connect your domain to our hosting, you may either grant us the limited account access needed to configure your DNS settings or update the DNS settings yourself using instructions we provide. You do not need to transfer your domain registration to us.
If your domain remains with your existing provider, you are responsible for its registration, renewal payments, and maintaining access to the account. Our technical support package covers assistance with connecting the domain to our hosting, but does not include renewal fees charged by your existing registrar.
Domain Registration Through ReadyToGoWeb
If you need a domain, we can register an available domain on your behalf. Standard-price domain registration is included in your initial package. Subsequent standard-price renewals are included while your hosting and technical support package remains active and payments are current.
This inclusion covers one domain and excludes premium domains, aftermarket domains offered by third-party sellers, broker fees, and domains with premium renewal pricing. Any additional domain costs require your approval before purchase.
Domain availability and pricing are determined by the registrar and may change before registration. If a domain’s renewal price changes so it no longer qualifies for inclusion, we will notify you before renewal and explain any additional cost.
Ownership and Management
Domains registered on your behalf will list you or your business as the registrant. You or your business will be the registered domain holder, even if we manage the domain through our registrar account.
You authorize Value Web Studio LLC to register, renew, and configure the domain as necessary to provide your agreed services.
You may request transfer of the domain to your own registrar account by contacting sales@readytogoweb.com. Transfers are subject to identity verification, registrar procedures, and any applicable transfer restrictions. Any fees charged by the receiving registrar are your responsibility.
Cancellation and Renewal Responsibility
If your hosting and technical support package ends, future domain renewals are no longer included. We will provide the domain’s expiration date and coordinate transfer or another agreed arrangement so you can manage future renewals.
You are responsible for completing any required transfer steps and arranging renewal before the domain expires. Domain expiration may interrupt your website and email services and may result in loss of the domain.
10. Hosting, Technical Support, and Maintenance
Hosting, technical support, backups, security monitoring, software updates, and ongoing maintenance are included only to the extent stated in your selected package or written agreement.
Your package or agreement will describe the ongoing services, recurring fees, renewal conditions, cancellation process, and any website account access or transfer arrangements.
Third-party providers may have their own terms, fees, and service limitations. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services controlled by those providers.
If you manage your own hosting or website after delivery, you are responsible for its ongoing operation, updates, and backups unless we agree otherwise.
When ongoing services end, we will coordinate any agreed website handover. Continued hosting or support after the cancellation date requires a separate agreement.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to:
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Distribute malicious software or conduct unauthorized activity.
- Interfere with the security or operation of our services.
We may decline requests or suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to address such activity. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.
12. Business Content and Compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, products, services, and claims.
Any sample or supplied text should be reviewed to ensure it accurately describes your business.
Unless expressly included in a written agreement, our services do not include legal advice or a legal compliance audit. Requirements involving privacy, accessibility, consumer disclosures, or regulated industries may require additional work and professional advice.
13. Website Performance and Results
We will provide the services described in your accepted order with reasonable care.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, visitor numbers, leads, sales, or business revenue. These results depend on factors beyond website design.
Websites may experience interruptions, software issues, or compatibility changes. We will address issues within the support obligations stated in your package or agreement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the services.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. It does not remove our obligation to provide the agreed services or any remedies required by law.
15. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Our current use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.
Please review both policies on our website.
16. Resolving Concerns
If you have a concern about your order or our services, contact sales@readytogoweb.com with a description of the issue.
We will work with you in good faith to seek a resolution. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or prevent either party from pursuing available legal remedies.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
The version accepted when you place an order will govern that order unless both parties agree to a change. Changes to ongoing services will be communicated in advance when required by the agreement or applicable law.
